Introduction
  • The following Terms and Conditions apply to all the users of www.najiscraft.co.nz website and to all purchases of product (s) from najiscraft.co.nz. Reference to "najiscraft", "we" "us" or "our" in these terms and conditions is considered reference to najiscraft as the legal entity operating the najiscraft.co.nz.
  • Your access to and use of the Site, including your orders and purchases of Product (s) through the Site, is overseen by these terms and conditions.
  • By browsing and using this website you agree to the terms and conditions of our store. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should stop using the website immediately.
Orders
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. However, this email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Customisation
  • The customisation options for the products will be clearly outlined on our website or communicated to you through other means.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information and specifications for customisation. We will not be held liable for any errors in customisation that result from inaccurate information provided by you.
  • All Designs, Designed by Najiscraft are the property of Najiscraft. This will include any designs from scratch or copied from a Photo supplied by the customer/business or organisation
  • Any PDF/ design flies supplied by the customer/ business or organisation are the property of the customer/ business or organisation and you have given Najiscraft the right you use your design to create your order. 
  • Najiscraft has the right to share any design we create. Najiscraft has the right to not share the design file with the customer/ business or organisation after the product has been made.

Price 

  • The price of the Product will be as quoted on our website or as communicated to you through other means. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.
  • We reserve the right to change any prices on our website at any time without notice.
  • We have the right to correct all errors and slips (clerical, computational or such) in any advertising, invoice or acknowledgement.
  • We will not be held responsible or liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information on our website. 
  • If you purchase a product for an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel your order (regardless of whether you have made payment). Should this occur, we will refund the amount paid by you for the cancelled order.

Payment

  • We require a deposit payment to secure your order.
  • Payment for the Product must be made in full at the time of placing the order or before the delivery.
  • We accept payment by Credit/ Debit card, Bank transfer, etc.

Warranties

  • All our products come with 2 years warranty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • If you buy the product for business purposes, the warranties in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply in respect of those products.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
