Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the customised nature of the Product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless the Product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- If you believe the Product is faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the Product, providing photographic evidence of the issue.
- If we determine that the Product is indeed faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
- Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the sale of the Product is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
- We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of the Product.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of New Zealand.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
